Paradise "Wowza, this is a beautiful property along with the best beach to spend some time in total paradise. This was our 1st visit to Providenciales and we could not have found a more stunning property. The Villa has the most breathtaking views from the moment you walk in. We were 4 adults and we had more space than we needed to be comfortable for 9 days of fun in the sun. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The staff at this property was more than accommodating, helpful and always a smile. We had a rental car and ventured around the island several afternoons. A car is not needed though as you have a great many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Our last 3 days the island went on a 5:00 curfew due to Covid. Our property went above and beyond to get a private chef each evening to cook a fabulous romantic meal for all the guests who chose to participate. It was a fun evening and great social time to meet other guests and owners. The beach has the softest white sand we have ever seen and walked on with the most incredible clear blue water. We have visited most Caribbean islands and have found a new favorite. We are already planning for our next visit to Providenciales next February. We have recommended this property to all our family and friends. Thank you, Sara for sharing your astonishing property with us. We had an extraordinary trip with lots of new priceless memories!"

Stay during Covid "We just finished our 5 night stay at Villa Renaissance in #302. We cannot say enough great things about this place. It is stunning! The place is so clean. The resort is accommodating, clean and directly on the beach. It is out first time in Turks and we cannot wait to come back. We feel safer here than we do back home in the states. They sanitize you in every store, restaurant and the airports. We couldn’t have picked a better spot than this villa. It is next to every restaurant and bar on Grace Bay. Coffee shops, breakfast places, stores, Sushi, and Italian all within minutes. We are so

Everything here has been wonderful...the beach, the condo, the pool, the bikes, the well-stocked kitchen, the wine!!...everything that we love about being here!
We loved our trip to the island and staying at this condo made it even better! Alanzo met us upon arrival at the condo, showed us everything and gave us tips on what to do and where to eat. He was VERY kind and helpful. He even made sure our daughter got her phone (she left it at the condo and didn't realize it until at the airport to leave). He saved her day! The condo is great. The views are wonderful. We spent most of our time on the balcony taking in all the views. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans and supplies you need. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. There isn't a restaurant on site, but walk out of the parking lot and there are at least 10 restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We didn't get to all of them, but enjoyed the ones we did get to! The pool bar was typically open during the day and you could order food from there too! This was a wonderful place to stay. Great views, great location, great condo and the people were wonderful! We can't wait to visit again!
